A day in the life of Madi.

New Project
So I know a lot of people that make or buy a Colors book for their children. You know to help them learn their colors. Well I wanted to do something a little different & I suddenly want to know how to sew. I decided to make a colors quilt/wallhanging. (not sure which it will be yet) I'm pretty excited about it! It's turning out great so far. I plan on surrounding each color with white & also putting a white block below each color. That way I can write or stitch the colors name under it. So far I have each color block done. I'll post the final project when I'm done. (so excited!)

I've been Tagged!!
THE RULES:
1. link the person who tagged you
2. post the rules
3. tell 6 unspectacular quirks of yours
4. tag 6 fellow bloggers by linking them
~I have craft envy. I love to do crafts, but feel like I can never stand up to the same craftiness as my family. Not just mother and sisters... I'm talking cousins, aunts, and grandmother. I fear I will never be as absolutely amazing as those that surround me.
~I can't watch scary movies any more. I used to love them! Now, I watch one and I freak myself out for days... if not weeks. It's as if once I got married I didn't have to be brave any more.
~I pick my nose. That's right. I said it. I'm sure I'm not the only one out there either. Sometimes... or a lot of the time... not everything will blow into a tissue.
~I always want to meet new people, but then freak out in the end. (Like in our ward) I will work all day to convince Carson to go with me to a church activity so we can meet new people. When we get there, I'm glued to his side and as shy as can be. We end up going home at the end the same as we came.
~I'm a pants wetter. Some of you already know this. Even before I had Madi... You make me laugh just right & I would pee my pants (even in public). Now that I've had Madi... You just get me laughing & then have Carson laugh at me for laughing & it's all over... or should I say wet.
~I'm the complete opposite of a germ-o-phob. I know I should care more, but I don't. My way of thinking is, "People have managed to survive this long, it must not be too bad." Mind you I wash my hands and what not, but if I drop a peice of food on the floor (depending on location) I won't hesitate to eat it. I will share a drink or a utensil (with people I know) without a second thought.
