For those of you who don't already know, I am pregnant. I am due on Oct. 23rd, 2009. Yes, Madi was born on Oct. 20th. Therefore, they will be almost exactly 2 years apart. I am currently 12 weeks & get to hear the heart beat for the first time next friday. So far everything has been pretty similar, except for some extra nausea. We are hoping for a boy, but will be super happy with either boy or girl. I'm very excited to add another child to our little family. Madi has been such a blessing in our life. Hopefully, our #2 will be as easy going a she was. I'm not saying she was a breeze, but I have heard horror stories that make her seem like a saint. Madi will be such a fun big sister. I'm just super excited for our little #2.

PS Is it normal to wait til 12 or 13 weeks to hear the heart beat the first time? I know we were in there a little early since we'd been trying for so long etc but we got our 1st ultra sound at 8 1/2 weeks. I don't know if I could have waited til almost 13.
