We ran our 2nd 10K relay yesterday. It was pretty fun. 
I ran the 1st leg and finished with a time of 28:17. Carson ran the 2nd leg. His time was 31:28.
I think our next run is in about 1 month. It's going to be 4.2 miles. Let the training begin.

You look like ou ae racing along, long strides. Its not that hard. On the other hand, carson looks like he can hardley put one foot infront of the other. I know part of it has to do with camera angle but...You go look faster.
